Investment Starting at $1,200 Pricing may vary depending on shoot location and project scope. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Final payment is due on the day of the shoot. Turnaround Time Photos & designs delivered within 7–10 business days Final video delivered within 10–14 business days (Rush delivery available upon request)
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Anide’s Visual Chronicles We’re excited to create with you! To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review our booking policy below: Booking & Consultation A 1-hour consultation is required for all new projects. The consultation fee is $97, which will be applied toward your final service fee if you move forward with a booking. Bookings are confirmed only after the consultation and once a signed agreement and deposit are received. Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50% of the total project fee) is required to secure your date and begin pre-production planning. The remaining balance is due prior to the final delivery of your project, unless otherwise arranged in writing. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance to avoid additional fees. One reschedule is allowed per project. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled shoot may result in loss of your deposit and/or additional fees. In the event of cancellation by the client, the consultation fee and deposit are non-refundable. Turnaround Time Turnaround times vary depending on the scope of the project and will be discussed during the consultation. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Client Preparedness Please arrive on time and be prepared with any wardrobe, props, or materials discussed during your consultation. Additional time beyond the agreed session length may incur extra charges.
